Few, if any, of the Hall of Fame's 48-member selection committee have seen him play. Chances are, you never saw him play, either. The video above isn't meant to suggest that Kramer isn't deserving of being in the Hall of Fame. "Gale Gillingham and Bobby Dillon are two of the best Packers ever to play, and they're not here. Take this one from former Packers general manager and noted NFL historian Ron Wolf, who told Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press-Gazette in 2015: "In Green Bay, there are two guys that everybody that's connected with the game will tell you" should be in the Hall of Fame, he said.
